Orange changing charges for 09 numbers - Ending contract?

Hello all,

Orange have announced via Text to me they're changing the charges made for 09 numbers.

Does this constitute a breach of contract, and if so can I end early? Had no end of trouble with them, and will be a good opportunity to jump ship.

Why would you be calling an 09 number from a mobile phone anyway? They are already premium numbers.

It's not a breach as they reserve the right to change pricing for out of bundle things iirc. Also yeah, you call 09 numbers on a mobile? Brave soul

How many calls to 09 numbers do you make each month?

it's not a breach of contract, but if it's something that you can show will affect you then it's a significant change of contract and could let you break the contract.
