Just got an N95 on orange after finally managing to get a decent 12month contract out of them. Got the phone on monday and have downloaded the first bill in pdf off the orange website and its bamboozled me big time.
Looking at the bill i've got a pro-rata period 16th-16th which is nothing new, then the charge for 17th April-16th May at the full ammount which is fine again. The thing is in the summary where it shows you the inclusive stuff it says minute avaliable at start of period: 20 minutes
. Then minutes avaliable next period: 600, now i'd expect the 20 for the pro-rata period so why is it still like it now???? The same goes for my inclusive texts and video minutes???
Its confused the hell out of me why when i've been billed for a full month why I haven't got my full allotment of minutes/texts? If I check my remaining minutes then i've definetly only got 20?
I know a few people on here work for orange so i'm hoping they can help me out or someone else knows?
