It is, most people just don't comprehend the value of what they are asking for....

These companies are businesses, not services, after all. Do you phone other utilities companies every 12 months and demand incentives to stay with them?
 
humm ive never had a problem, always been pretty friendly. Though when i asked to leave to move to o2 they gave me a free upgrade and matched there tariff + a bit extra. So i was pretty pleased. But then again my bills hav'nt been small.
