So after four days of calling Orange to sort out my connection and only being put through to 'technical support' in India because I was trying to download a particular file (I tried 55 times in all) to be told to try it on someone else's system, so I did it downloaded first time uninterrupted! Called them back today got put through to 'tier 2 technical support' in UK who did full diagnostics to find a fault on my line from BT and the robot controller had slowed down my speed to maintain a better connection!
They told me to change the ADSL filter and they would monitor for next 24 hours! And I can't cancel my contract until they've had 30 days to resolve it!
Absolutely fuming!
