Nice to hear you got it sorted pal, I work for EE myself but work in outbound so wouldn't have been much help here sadly but I hear the odd story of things like this happening. The senior team like Olaf and francoise clemes (the replacement for jackie o'leary) do tend to get stuff sorted though. Just glad your issues are finally resolved :)
