Orange Online upgrade

Has anyone logged in to see if they can upgrade recently?
It used to tell me the cost no matter how long in my contract i was at. But now it just says they are not able to upgrade me online. Anybody else noticed this ?

Been a few threads about this, best policy is just to give them a ring , you know your gonna anyway to haggle the best deal

Yeah i did read it in an other thread, just wondered if anyone knew why

I dont know off hna dbut sure they'll tell you
