Orange Technical Help

Does anyone know a number to get directly to a technical or customer services advisor? I have a Nokia 6680 that i require a sim restriction unlock code for so i can give it my friend to use as she has just had her phone stolen. I would like to get her on orange but her family (Inc sister) are on T-mobile and she doesnt want to change her number.

Is the simcard you want to unlock on orange at the moment?

If so dial 150 and one of the options says to transfer your number to a different network press xxx, that will tell you what you need to have to hand and then transfer you to a sales person.

Ah no... I already have my orange contract and c600 but the 6680 is my old phone that i want to unlock to be able to use a T-Mobile sim in it.

Managed to get through and awaiting the unlock code as they aparently have to request it from nokia... And it cost me £20 but she said she will pay that...

Yer it cost me £10 to get my old T-mobile phone unlocked.

I'd say it was a rip off but I dont know what the process involves.
