I requested an unlock of my handset a week ago today. (iPhone 4). Orange took the IMEI, my email address etc and the operator said it was approved. However my account still isn't showing the £20 unlocking fee. If there's anyone here's who's gone through this, is this normal? Should the fee be applied straight away or not until the process is complete?
