Order help

So i placed an order on thursday and checked the update today and got told it would be friday when i recieve it due to a bundle in the order needing to be built together. I asked if it all could be sent seperate and i would build it myself which they agreed to and upgraded me to next day delivery(tomorrow). Now i have recieved an email stating an item i have ordered is out of stock but states on their website they have 2 in stock. I was just wondering if i phoned them as soon as possible tomorrow morning and amended the order would i still be able to get it tomorrow?
