Order Really late

I made an order on Monday, with the option of "DPD Next Day Delivery", and it has yet to arrive. Having called the contact number for overclockers at 9am this morning, I was put on the phone with someone who said he would find out what's taking so long, and that apparently they cannot find my item in the warehouse. After a small conversation, he said he would check on the issue and get back to me later, but by mid afternoon, no news had come. I called again, and he said basically the same thing again to me.

I get nervous with conflict, so I didn't push it further. I'm just hoping it is sorted out soon, as this was meant to be a present, and it's now late.

What should I do? I'd really like some kind of conclusion, but I don't really know what to do to speed things up.
 
As Diddums mentioned please post in the customer section and I will see if I can get a member of staff to check this thread.
