"Order Status: Security validation"

I placed an order today at 4pm and the status on my order keeps giving me this security validation message. Any experienced buyers from from OCuK know if this is normal? Usually I get an e-mail confirming my item has been shipped by now.

Mine usually goes straight through, the only thing you can really do is give them a call tomorrow morning.
