So I'm rude for them not contacting me to inform me the item may be OOS, which it wasn't when I ordered for 1, I'm rude for complaining I've not been informed it will be delayed, I've not been kept updated and they still have my money and I've had no word as to when my items will be here.
I have every right to complain! Not that I was even at the complaint stage, I was querying. If they had just fired me an email saying they are OOS of one of the items, Which they could've done all day friday, all day saturday and all day today, I'dve had no grumbles. Thats fair enough, OOS happens. I'd have just ordered a similar product which I will probably have to do, as a refund is a pain and I need components soon.
I said I wasn't expecting a reply this late, I hope'd I'd get one, but had little faith in receiving one, as I know, staff are at home. I thought maybe a forum mod would come along and help, but they may be busy, which is fine.
All I am unhappy about is the complete lack of communication. If I am told the next day the products unavailable, I would be happy. I'd just choose another product.
I've put my details on the forum and their facebook page, and I am sure I will receive a response tomorrow, They have been helpful before so I expect theyll be the same again.
I don't want to come accross as a completely dissatisfied customer, Just unhappy about the lack of updates/communication.
