Personally I would have went for a pc with a 1155 motherboard.
A friend told me they are more future proof because all the other sockets will be outdated soon.

So....New machine is all up and running and this thing is FAST, especially coming from my old PC.
Games wise only got PES 2012 and F1 2011 installed so far. F1 2011 with all graphic settings on ultra runs silky smooth never dipping below 60 FPS (v-sync on) even in heavy rain with 20 odd cars on screen in a race and looks jaw droppingly good on my 42" TV.
