From the outlet. I assume it's one that someone else returned for the same reason! It's a shame as spec wise this model ticks all the boxes but I'm not going to pull it apart to correct Dell's poor QC in the hope the fan noise reduces to acceptable (to me) levels.
Rebooked for Wednesday collection seriously considering the offer got a few day to think about gonna restore from factory one more time and see what happens
that's what I thought. refund coming to me for around £400 quid so paid around 1400 all in with service plan. gonna reformat tonight and start fresh hopefully wont get that bloody error message again
