Does the Zune software auto convert FLAC to MP3? Probably doesn't matter, will just order another HDD from OcUK and have a sync folder. 
Shame they broke Mediamonkey's syncing in the 3.0 software, but I'm sure they will work it out again.
Looking at Youtube it doesn't do playlist > artist > album > tracks. But it's excellent that it can do random in a playlist.
