ordering from schuh

just ordered a pair of trainers from schuh. never used them before... how long do they take to deliver on average? it says five days but i'm hoping to get them for friday...

the only thing i'm concerened about is that so far there has been no clue at all about when they will arrive. so how the hell am i supposed to know when i need to be at home to sign for them? :confused:

oh yeah, forgot it was royal mail. i can get to the royal mail depot easily. i was thinking it was going to be a courier or something.
