I need to buy a plugin which directs me to a payment site, which then hammers me with an additional euro vat. :(

I was thinking of using zend2 to mask my ip, therefore hopefully getting the non taxed rate.

Would I be daft doing this? Sending my details via a proxy like zend2?

Any advice appreciated.

edit, hope this is an ok question to ask? If not feel free to delete mods.

Could give it ago, but you may find that the payment site might have proxy sites blocked, or if they discover that you are from the UK using your personal details, they may block the transaction as technically it may become invalid.

A little extreme and I doubt anyone would care at such a small level, but if you're <supposed> to pay tax on it, wouldn't this count as tax evasion and in fact be classed as a criminal act? :p
