Origin causing crashes

Not 100% that its to blame but installed it an hour ago to get battlefield 3 and now witcher 2 keeps crashing saying windows is out of memory.

Got 8Gb installed but looking at task manager i'm not going above 4Gb, could it be i've inadvertently locked my computer to 32bit mode? or is origin just causing crashes?

running win7 64bit BTW.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I never had any issues with Origin or Steam(using Win8 however) but you could try a repair install check on files in BF3,as to Witcher 2 not sure but do you have it fully patched to latest version,try a reboot and are you using a special kind of anti-virus software?


Also probably be wise to run a memory check to make sure your ram is working 100%.
