Origin chat push to talk button clicking noise and key bind prob

Hi all,

Need help please can't get rid of the button confirmation noise it's so damp
anouging ( like a beep every time the button is pressed to talk)

Also while trying to turn the click sound off i changed the mouse side button to another button trying things out to but it just ain't working any more I cannot use the original button, it will let me use mouse button 1 usally the fire button in game but thats it spent 1 hour with mate trying to get it back but nothing.

Any ideas please would like to stick with it been OK for ages
