Origin log in issues

I can't login to battlelog at all, it says email / password incorrect and yet what I type in is CORRECT. How do you get hold of stupid EA if your unable to login to your own account?

I have tried that send a retrieve password option on the battlelog screen but it doesn't send me anything.


I've heard of people having to create a new origin account and then trying to get through to stupid EA that way, is this the only way of doing it?


any help appreciated as this is doin my nut in.
 
What browser are you using, if IE or Opera try using chrome and set it to be your default browser

Other than that EA live support still exists so try that unless someone has the link
 
what a joke Origin is sometimes, the live support is permanently unavailable to me, the page says they are updating the service, but its been like that for the past 4 months.
 
My account got comprised two weeks ago. Twice.

Click the link to retrieve your password and check your email junk folder. I got mine within seconds and ended up using a 16 digit complicated password encrypted with Keepass to stop it happening again.
 
Yeah ea and origin are a pile of poo. What I had to do when origin refused to log me in with my correct details, was to uninstall origin, download the latest version from their website, and login again.

I'm having the same problem. Can't log into battlelog or origin. Says password or email is incorrect. Tried sending a retrieve password from both battlelog and orgin but i don't get the email. Checked all spam folders and waited 24 hours but still nothing.

I had the problem earlier this week, and the post above is exactly what I did to resolve it.

Quite strange really.
 
I do have this problem a lot I know what my password is and I know shift or caps lock isnt stopping me , I think they have crap servers tbh.
 
I had a problem with origin not long ago thou it didn't say email / password incorrect but unknown error it might help or might not I had to change my pc DNS servers to which I am now using googles free dns servers which have the address's
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
Remember to restart after setting these up
I can only login with these settings wont work other wise :/

I strongly suggest only using Google's DNS if you are happy with Google tracking your EVERY move on the internet. Although if you are already using Origin, you're probably already happy with EA tracking you, so what's adding Google to the mix for you.
