Origin ripoff help

I purchased BF3 off origin when they had an offer on that you will get £20 off you next purchase at Origin.

I've just tried to buy B:AC using this code and it didn't work so I've just had a horrible phonecall with their customer support. I got nowhere with the numpty so asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that the voucher does not include third party titles, and this is stated in the T&Cs.

It says nothing about this in my invoice which shows the T&Cs of this voucher. I was reading them for the first time today and it says that the voucher is valid until 14/11/11......I bought the game on 30/11/11. :confused:

I am fuming about this. The only reason I bought it from origin was because of the voucher, as I could have got it cheaper elsewhere.

Where do I stand with this and could anyone help which course of action to take.

Did they not state when the offer was available it could not be used with Batman and a couple of others. I am sure I remember seeing this, I am sure it listed the games that it could not be used with.

Keep trying with their support, it really can be luck of the draw with what their representatives are willing to do for you.

Right above it, it shows £20 off my next purchase, so god knows why it says 30% off.

But when I downloaded origin on the 30th and it was pasted across the battlefield ad, you would think the voucher is valid on the day you buy it, not over 2 weeks out of date, yes?

Origin/EA so double/triple check everything then check a few more times

Apparantly people that have preordeded games at a reduced cost have been charged full price and no recourse

Their customer service was unbelievable. I'm still angry how I was treated now.
