I don't know about other protoss, but since the zealot nerf I feel like default 2 gate play is no longer that viable and so looking at delayed 4 gate (my fake forge fe), or a pukka gateway forge expand into 6 gate. The latter combined with a pylon/cannon block on your ramp, is really nasty. It's these 3 openings that really no one has mastered beating yet which is with PvZ is looking less balanced than even PvT right now.

These builds introduce new timings you're probably not used to. Your mutaling build is most effective against a 2 gate into 4 gate build. With zerg always on a timing knife edge I think it's just a matter of you learning the new windows the delayed 4 gate / 6 gate builds have.

ahh i didn't know you faked the FE.. i thought you did! good work! should have scouted that though!

i did wonder why my nydus wasnt as effective as it should have been ^^

You'll be able to watch the first game for free when GOM upload the vods, but you'll have to pay to watch the second. If you watch it all live though, you get to watch the whole lot in standard quality for free.

hmmm I was just watching some of the replays from the 64/32 round, good matches. Might look into it next time . Is your stream of a higher quality than then standard one mate? It's very grainy if you try and full screen it.

It's of higher resolution, it is a little grainy fully screen but it's watchable. I believe for season 2 they are rolling out a considerable update to the whole streaming situation with higher res, higher bit rate streams and vods, as well as bringing more delivery bandwidth.

When you think of the calibre of players that will in GSL2, it's £15 well spent. If you have a couple mates you can (ssssh ) share an account so they can watch the vods.

Guys, desperate for some people to play regular 4v4 from the forum. If anyone fancies adding me its Welshdragon.729. Been playing lots of 4v4 and just got dropped from gold to silver due to people dc'ing and generally not talking and doing their own thing in game.
