theres only ever 1 person on when i go into that channel. lol

was watching some liquid tyler last night, lost about 4 games in a row and in one game vs Z completely missed zerglings walking striaght past his expansion into the main ><

Bit cheesy though if it gets scouted / zerg pre-emptively builds a spore crawler at natural and main, which he will if he suspects something's up.

Another build you could try is the one I'm currently practicising, requires reasonable micro though and that's reactor hellion (build 4 only) into reactor vikings (build 4 only). Timed so the vikings are done with their harass before mutas are out.

Once mutas are out standard unit comp is marine tank vs muta, ling, bling. If he gets more mutas get thors, if he gets more banelings get more tanks.

You've reminded me that of highlight of that banelings video is where Husky says "I'd love to nydus your main" as a chat up line to an unsuspecting girl... :D

Ok I've added everybody, so hopefully should be gaming with some of you this weekend.

Does anybody know if it's possible to create "Friend Groups", so I keep my OcUK friends together etc, keep things organised.

Well my first laddering session as random was rather... interesting :p. 2 Wins, 7 losses, not exactly the best w/l in the world! I didn't really expect anything different to be honest, but I'm having lots of fun :).

The main problem seems to be that my macro is slipping hard as terran :( (I think 5 of my losses were as t). Any tips for improving it? The whole mule thing just leaves me with a huge amount of minerals... Also my timings are way off, but I can sort out some proper builds once the macro issue is sorted.


Other than that though, I'm really enjoying it :). I'd definitely recommend it!

Anyone up for some 4v4? I've just started using protoss and they cane up with an army of stalkers and a mothership :)
 
I'm starting to play again but I'm pretty bad. Do any of you fancy some 2v2/3v3/4v4 with a newbie bronze player? :D I think I'd have more fun and improve if I had people to play with. :(
