I've condensed it down a bit, there's usually a 4-5 second gap between phrases. It's starts with a little chirp then quite a harsh 3 syllable squawk. 14 seconds in is when you can best hear the chirp and squawk

Just in case you weren't aware, there's a few apps available that can identify bird song if that's any help? Never used any of them though.

Sounds like it could be a Jay to me.

Sounds to me like a Jay.
