OSX 10.5 Connect to network share on login

Hi all,

Hopefully just a quickie.

Connected to several network shares on my NAS.

I've added the network share to my login items and that works fine.
I've checked the hide box but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

The problem is upon logging in the shares each open up in a finder window, I'd expected the hide option to prevent this but it doesn't.

Any advice?

I wrote a simple AppleScript to connect, save it as an app, and put that in your login items and works a treat, I'll see if I can find a post bout it...
