OcUK is the most current, by that I mean you see everything thats of any newsworthyness entertaining or otherwise I tend to see here first..but other forums can be more specified to a particular topic..like my Bull Terrier forum I use....

RTCW.co.uk was one of the first sites I really used a lot.... very much like this place back then!!
 
myprotein, muscletalk, working the doors, clan site and possibly one or 2 others that i visit once in a blue moon
 
Pinkbike and Southerndownhill... mountain biking forums, however it annoys me that it's not better moderated (pinkbike in particular).
 
I spend most of my time on OcUK and an exercise sports and nutrition forum. I used to spend a lot of time on a private forum that was setup between some friends to keep in touch.
