I have a dead Vertex 2 60GB drive for my work PC.
we need to RMA it, but I can only see US, CAN and NL.

Would I have to ship the drive to the Netherlands? How long is the usual turn around?
Was wasn't bought from OCUK, and supplier they were bought have run out of stock?

if it wasnt bought from ocuk, then i dont see how your questions can be properly answered. Get in touch with the retailer you bought it and ask them.

I was just hoping someone here had dealt with OTZ Directly...
Obviously first step is to contact the retailer, but they are out of stock currently (so I'm told)

If you RMA directly with OCZ you will have to send the drive to the Netherlands. I can't comment on turnaround times as I don't know.

Thanks.
I guess dealing with the retailier will be the easiest thing. Just have to wait for them to get more in stock now.

I sent mine to the states last month, the turnaround was about 2 weeks, it's very easy, set up a trouble ticket on their website and they'll get back to you with an RMA number, the postage was about a tenner iirc.

Thanks Arcane. Just what I needed to know.
I'll inform my Boss this if there is a long wait for new SSDs to come into stock
