her name is Frankie and she is a Gecko, completely freaked me out at first but now I think shes awesome, thats me shes on there. Not scared of her anymore now.

The crickets in her tank freak me out still though, some of them are massive.

aww man! so cool! dammit im getting a gecko for my study now, i wonder if pets at home have them.......*runs over the road*

the thing behind the rock is just a plastic snake in there for the ride.

They're crickets I think but there was a massive thing in there last night that isnt now, think Frankie scranned it.

I sooooo want one now, had it on my chest before it was awesome.

You've made me want a Gecko even more now.

How much are they, and what do they need to survive in a tank/cage?

im trying to let my g/f let me either have a gecko/Chamelion or a Carolina Corn snake.

Shes not up for it though yet but as her B-days coming up i may buy her one as a present! :D

well its not ours so i dont know too much.

It cost them 150 quid but that was for the tank and the lights and things as well. They just put a couple of crickets in every day I think and then fresh the water, clean out the crap etc. like you would do with any hamster or whatever

They look pretty cool. Is that full grown?

Partner won't let me have ANY pets, and as I come from a family with loads, she ain't gonna win.

Cue dog, fishtank, and now possibly a gecko.

Are geckos the ones with the awesome texture on their feet that means they can stick to glass and other cool stuff?

Edit: Just been reading up on them, they look so cool. Couldn't be doing with the live insects to feed them, though :o

Do you go out and catch them or buy them, if so, where the hell from?

I couldn't really see anyone going into a pet shop and asking for a bag of live crickets?
