My motherboard has given up and is no longer booting. It's running an i3570k. I'm now looking to upgrade everything except my GPU, however I'm not exactly familiar with the current market.
I do not use my machine for gaming, however I do have a GTX 1060 to power a 27" 2k monitor. Currently using 16GB of DDR3 and a low profile Noctua cooler that's super quiet.
I've been hearing good things about AMD, so I'd be happy to make that switch. My aims are:

- An AMD ITX board that supports the SSDs you can plug straight into the board (M2/NVME). I'll be buying one of these SSDs separately
- An AMD CPU that gives performance that is at least on par with my current 3570k
- 16GB+ RAM
- A low profile cooler that will fit in the Thermaltake V1, with silence the overwhelming priority (I won't be pushing the CPU to a point where it'll need high RPM, so silence at all costs)
- Budget of ~£300 new or ~£150-£200 from the members market, for the CPU, motherboard, RAM and cooler. Budget flexible if I'm underestimating costs here
