Outlook 2003 error - any takers? - HELP -

Task 'mail.virgin.net - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC90) : 'Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: -ERR cannot open disk file error 2'

Can get my brothers emails to download, but when i change the username, email and password to mine, as its a sub account of his, i get this error when trying to recieve emails. I can send emails and if i go to my account via IE7, i can see my emails, just cant download to my PC.

I am running XP Pro, PSCS2 and WOW. no firewall, no AVTK, but do have a wireless router.

Cant workout why it downloads my brothers but not mine on the same PC. Im with VM too if that helps...

Might be that his is on a different server. Chances are it will be fixed whenever your service provider can be bothered. I very much doubt it's a problem your end if it works for your bros and it's worked fine previously.

As my service provider is Virgin, may as well wet up an account with ntlworld instead.
