Outlook 2003 question (regarding syncing)

At the moment I sync my personal outlook at home with my mobile (Sony K800), now I know I can add a second outlook to the sync (ie 3 way syncing) but is it possible for this data to be filtered?

That is I’d like to sync with my outlook at work so I can get my work calendar appointments to appear on my personal outlook at home but not have my personal appointments to appear at work, is this possible?

EDIT: I posted a similar question on the mobile phone section a while back but now I’d be happy to do this without using my K800 if required (say memory stick etc)
