I have a weird issue. Only one user affected (out of about 60 total). Brand new PC, new Windows XP SP3 image, brand new install of Office 2007. When she prints to a certain network printer from within Outlook, the page will print on another printer altogether. Yes when she prints from within Word or Excel, it prints to the correct printer.
I have checked for weird stuff like the possibility of IP address conflicts, but can find nothing. The fact that printing works fine from other apps seems to indicate its not a printer setup problem, but rather an Outlook 2007 problem.
Any clues that anyone can offer as to why this would be the case?
