Outlook 2010 : Can I block a domain and set it to delete email permanently?

My inbox is usually fairly spam free apart from the odd mail now and again which I just delete out of the junk folder. However in the past few days I have been getting a sudden influx of spam emails of varying types from a particular domain.

Within Outlook 2010 can I block this domain completely and set it so that any messages from it don't just land in my junk folder but instead are permanently deleted without me having to manually do so?.

Create a rule.

Call it *.domain.com > delete
