Outlook 2016 not sending emails

Hi guys, scratchy head time with Outlook 2016

I have got office 365 (Win 10 64 bit pro) and have recently not been able to send emails. I can get them ok, just not sending. I have gmail, Hotmail and NTL accounts setup in Office 2016. I let Office automatically setup the accounts and all worked fine to start with. I cant help but think the problem started after I installed Norton 360... may not be the AV messing things up but it started to happen shortly after installing Norton?

Any ideas what's going on?

Had a similar problem recently.
Try sfc /scannow from command prompt.
