I got Outlook 2007 on xp, but i can't click on any links within all emails, anyone know how to turn this security feature off?

nope, not only junk emails, links are disable in ALL emails.
From url to email addresses within the email.

Open you Internet Options, click advanced, click Reset/Restore Defaults, then try again.
