outlook express error help ?

Hi there all i am getting this error message coming up on my outlook express mail ,can anyone plese help me ? it is only happening on following switching users in windows XP : message is below :
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Just a guess here but if youre using fast user switching, does the other user also have OE configured to use ntl as a server? Im wondering if there is an issue with the connection not being terminated nicely on fast-user switch and therefore problems (probly authentication) happening when someone tries to reopen this connection using different credentials. Just a thought, tho using POP3 (an archaic mail protocol) along with OE (well, to be fair its more advanced than mutt....just) is the email equivalent to pulling out your own wisdom teetch with a pair of molegrip pliers. In saying that though, relying on webmail is like trying to run a marathon after kneecapping yourself with a shotgun
