Outlook: How to retrieve mails quicker

Just a quickie.

How do you get Outlook to retrieve mail quicker?

Currently I have outlook configured to get my own domain mail and also my hotmail. It syncs every 30min which isn't quick enough.

Tools > Options > Mail Setup > Send/Recieve > At the bottom "Schedule an automatic send/recieve every... Minutes

Change value to suit
