Outlook problems please help

Hi there,

I have a problem with Outlook. I cannot make appointments while being offline. Whilst in offline mode I have an inability to add appointments to the calender, or invite others (i.e. email) to others to invite them to a meeting.

Does anyone have any idea how I might solve this?

Are you connected to Exchange usually?

Yeah, I'm thinking the profile is somehow corrupt. I've tested this on another laptop and things are fine. I've done various tests offline, disconnected from network etc.

Yeah that was going to be my suggestions. Rip out your profile and replace it with a new one called Outlook1 or something.

Perhaps Cached Exchange Mode is disabled in Outlook. Enable it and it should let you carry on as normal when offline and sync when online...
