Did a bit of reading up and it seems Microsoft spam filters are not working at the moment. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.I'm getting loads in Hotmail too.
It's annoying as they just change their email address, so even if you block it, it just comes from another similar one.

Only 12 times in 20 years.Probably had your email address compromised or leaked. I don't get any spam in my Hotmail account but it was created after the recent leaks.
