Hi,

Am using outlook 2003. When treplying to a message it's suddenyl stopped including the original message in the email. Any ideas?

Goto Tools>Options>Email Options>On Replies and Forwards, should be set to Include original msg txt

Never had a problem with Outlook ever. Well, apart from emails going missing due to Auto-Archive being set on two different computers. But that was my fault!

I have 347 email users in AD, and not having any issues with Outlook other than archiving, which is generally limited here anyway due to maintenance problems and space. In 5 years on this site, I have only had a few Outlook issues such as archive dissapearing (user created on C: drive then move to another PC) and emails vanishing once or twice...

It's already set to that

did you check the setting is still there and did not revert back when you closed / opened out look?

Have you tried to change the setting to something else, save, exit, re-open then change it back, save, exit, re-open and test?

Yup, setting has been saved

Try repairing Outlook, failing that I would backup your emails and settings, remove the account, reboot then re add the account etc... if that fails then it may be something in the user profile, back it up, and create a new one?
