Good Morning OCUK ,

Having a strange issue at work that I am trying to solve.

I Colleague has sent emails on Monday that are not showing in his sent box . He can see Tuesday and Previous days but not Monday.
Even stranger that one of the emails he sent he CC'd in another colleague they have not got the email but the person who he sent the email to externally got the email.

i am slightly confused any ideas on how to get them ?

Has the OST (or PST can't recalled which) hit the 50GB limit?

Can always recreate their Mail Profile in Control Panel

nah no where near mate. Cant even see another post online that matches this either. Am just stumped

Are they in his drafts?

Have you viewed the mailbox online (via web browser) to see if they are present? If so, sounds like the .ost has become corrupt.

Are you using Outlook or the Outlook App? If it's the Outlook App, are you using Classic or the new mode?

So in answer to these questions.

No there not in Drafts
tried online still missing
we have tried both old and new outlook.

But still missing the Monday

Am questioning my own sanity lol . I even went on the Clocking system to make sure he was in work lol

Right Issue solved

he had 2 inboxes he had moved all the sent items to there
