Personally would go Ivybridge rather than Sandybridge-E, for future upgrades, think socket 2011 is a dead socket...

Also, why go for Eyefinity bundle of monitors and then take a graphics card that wont game on them? You'd need 2 cards for 3 monitor gaming if you go nvidia right? So either get an extra card or get an ATI...

Personally I would drop down a notch on a far few components and build the rig at half the price... but that's just me.

1155 is closer to being a dead socket than 2011, 2011 still has IB-E to come while 1155 has nothing. Unless I've missed something?

multi-monitor support is do-able on a single 6x0 series nvidia card afaik. Older gen Nvidia cards required 2+ cards to run 3 monitors.
