I've been trying to over clock my Athlon 2 x4 645 GHz but after going beyond 220x15.5 It wouldn't boot so I raised the voltage from 1.4 to 1.425 but then i got a weird error message after it says loading operating system which said "file is corrupt file header checksum does not match the computed checksum".
I've kept my ram below stock and also kept hyper transit link and north bridge frequency below 2000MHz.
Not sure where I'm going wrong so any help would be appreciated.
Also temps were all below 50c at 220x15.5

Well Google suggests this could be an issue with your RAM so after re-setting your board to defaults try booting with individual sticks to see if you can get into windows.

It's possible you've corrupted your Windows installation so you may have to run a repair, then go back to overclocking. I don't want to make any assumptions but generally any problems with booting / HDD corruption would suggest being too aggressive with changes to clock speeds rather than taking it incrementally and stress testing for instability a step at a time.

Once you get past 220 HT ref clock then the HT bus and Northbridge will be at the limit of stability without voltage increases, and there aren't massive benefits to overclocking these (well, you do get a decent increase with NB overclock, but try that after you get it stable. You need to reduced the HT multiplier and CPU-NB multiplier to compensate.

I got my C2 Athlon II x4 stable at 3.4GHz with 2400 CPU-NB so you should get similar, if not better (mine struggled to get past 3.6GHz). The C3 ones should go up to 4GHz
