They don't clock very well at all unfortunately. Ever notice how the fastest 840's are only 3.4GHz? If that's the fastest Intel can get them reliable, then that's probably your lot.
Also - I wouldn't touch a work PC if I was you. It's liable to get you fired.

1: Its a work pc so you probably shouldn't overclock it, especially without permission.
2: Its a dell so won't have any overclocking options in the bios anyway.
If you want some fun with it, stick folding on it and let it compete with the rest of the ocuk team.

Just for info, my 830 runs at 3.75 on air no probs.
