when i overclock it a bit bmore to 3Ghz it freezes when i run orthos. so i thougt it would be more stable if i increased voltage a bit more but i found the speedfan 4.33 to read 1.33v when the bios said 1.4v which one should i trust. and what voltage limit should i have, the guide said 20% increase that makes it 1.6V but i not sure.

1.4Vcore's a bit high isnt it? I've got my E6300 @3.2Ghz with vcore at 1.3, take a screenie of your CPU-Z screen, also is that the new fatality board? The nForce 650 one?

so how much voltage should i limitr myself!!!! and should i trust bios or speed fan and cpuz

it really doesn't matter what voltage you put through to an extent - as long as your cooler can handle it. As your current load temp is only 48C, you can afford to wack it up a little. What Power Supply do you have? If it's a crappy cheap one, then Voltage will dip when your cpu is under load.
