I have 6700K overclocked to 4.7GHz using 1.360V which has been stable for 5 months but recently I'm getting BSOD when playing games and the code is 0x124, is it a matter of jsut upping the voltage and not RAM memory issue?

let's try keeping the CPU clock at 4.7Ghz same voltage but run the ram at default clock and see if the problem still persists.

BSOD 124 loosely speaking on OC'd system is lack of VCORE.

Der8auer (pro overclocker / caseking.de cpu binner / HWBot mod) has this info on his P95 guide (near the end).

124 can be vcore OR memory/imc. so either vcore or vccio needs a slight bump.
you can use prime95 to find out which, for cpu use the small ftt test. for imc/memory chose custom 4096k as min and max ftt and set to as much ram as you can spare without it paging. give each test a good chance to find an error, eg 24hrs.
