I have had a system for a good few years from overclockers and its been fine for many years, i have up graded a few areas like adding memory, up graded the hard drive to ssd, and now running a better graphics card (1060) but the question is when im running in the over clock settings set by overclockers in the BIOS, i get regular blue screens while gaming and editing in light room, as soon as i set the bios to normal settings i dont have an issue.
Does anyone have a clue as to why this might happen??

Could be many reasons to be honest;
1- Could be a thermal issue, did you check your temperatures?
2- Considering you have bios F5 and you have added other hardware there are newer bios files which have better Enhance CPU, DDR, PCIex16/x8 compatibility ( Bios F6 ) or newest one which is F8A which has other fixes.

3- Considering you are using different modules together, they might not like memory settings in overclockers profile.
4- Considering you have populated all memory slots in your motherboard previous overclockers settings might not be stable at all with this many modules so remove the ones you have added and re try overclockers profile.
5- Hardware or components degrade over time and voltage settings used in overclockers profile might not be enough now so it might need a little more juice.
6- Could be a power supply issue.

Before trying anything considering you can still choose the overclockers profiles that means you havent done a motherboard reset or bios update for a while so i would write all settings on a piece of paper or take a picture of all settings then do it, alternatively if you can export your settings export them tough if you are flashing a newer bios version i recommend you do the settings yourself.

Update the bios and reset your motherboard.

Reset your motherboard by unpluging power cable > remove battery > press power on button few times to empty capacitors and discharge > wait 5 or 10 mins and put the battery back in.

Reapply your overclock settings from overclockers profile and test.
