overclock software

hi

im in need of some free software to overclock and monitor temperatures
of my system

spec:

vista 64bit
e6300-------want to overclock a little
gigabyte ds4
bfg 8800gts-----does it need overclocking?
ocz 2 gig ram

any help new to overclocking

The best tool to use for overclocking is the BIOS - its free and its already 'installed' on your system, it will also give you an idea of temps.
