I've heard the term but i've never seen them. Does anybdy have any images of sparklies that they could post? I'm slowly clocking up my card and want to know exactly what i'm looking for. :p

Its pretty much exactly as it sounds, you will notice random numbers of incorrectly coloured pixels spread across the screen, usually around edges of 3D objects/walls/etc. Generally white in colour its pretty much as the name suggests "sparkling pixels".

No, borked memory is generally checkerboard in pattern, blocks of incorrect rendering. Sparklies are just random pixels not in any uniformed pattern.

Memory errors due to overclocking are usually manifested in geometry errors (extended verticies/surfaces).
