Overclocked bundle - system instability???

I purchased an overclocked bundle in October of last year as part of a new build. Since then, I have noticed the system to be fairly unstable often blue screening and restarting at random intervals. I have downloaded memtest86 and ran that with both the overclockers profile and the optimised defaults.

On both occasions it froze after 3 and 4 seconds respectively. I have also used Everest Ultimate Edition and that has a system stability tool. Having run this on numerous occasions using the OC profile, it would only last a few seconds before suffering a "hardware failure". Upon loading the optimised default settings and running this it was a bit more stable, but again suffered hardware failure, this time lasting 46 seconds. I obviously have my suspicions that there is a RAM fault somewhere, or perhaps even a faulty board. But other than returning to OCUK, what else can I look for? Given that the system is apparantly unstable even without the factory applied overclock, I am obvioulsy becoming increasingly frustrated.

Not that I think it will help any, but I will post the screenshot of Everest stability test once I get it uploaded.

The system specs are as follows.
